Wondering if I'm the only Disturbed fan in the Hagerstown area? I never hear any of their music on any of the local stations. I can hear them rarely on 98rock out of Baltimore and DC101, So mostly I only can hear them at home on my cd player (work truck has no tape or CD player! ERRRR!).

I had thought I downloaded a Disturbed song, but I can't find it. Maybe I'm confusing them with Deftones. And didn't the lead singer just commit suicide or overdose or something?

No David Draiman the lead vocalist is not dead, I think you may have been thinking of someone else. If you ever get a chance to listen to one of their albums i'm sure you'll enjoy. Some of the top songs you may have heard are Down with the sickness and Religion, Both great but all their songs are. They even used to do the intro song for Stone Cold Steve Austin (Not that I watch that fake wrestling).

Oh and for shame Heather I was the first to post in your suggested topic for the boards. hehe tongue.gif wink.gif biggrin.gif

I know it! You created the first post! I was trying to think of a subject the other day to get this topic going but couldn't decide between something legitimate like "Who doesn't think Led Zeppelin is the greatest band of all time?", or something just to spark debate and controversy like "All hail Marilyn Manson!" So I ended up not posting anything. On to Disturbed....I knew I had heard of them before! Down with the Sickness. I do have that song somewhere around here. Now who was it that just died not so long ago? He was a front man. I remember that much. Could have swore it was suicide. Maybe it was that guy from Staind. He always sounds and looks depressed.
