Let me just say "a job NOT well done" to the Jefferson County/ Charles Town snow removal team.

I drove thru Charles Town last night and I was shocked to see a 6-8 inch deep pile of snow down the middle of rt 51 in down town Charles Town.

Was this just laziness? Was this someones grand plan on "more efficent" snow removal?


Now I see why the Parade of Horses was postponed...
