Rev. King's ideas, actions, and influence on the fight to end racial segregation. The program includes rare archival footage, photos, and interviews with King’s associates. 60 minutes. Not rated.
March 21 (Women's History Month): Iron Jawed Angels
Oscar-winner Hilary Swank stars in a fresh and contemporary look at a pivotal event in American history, telling the true story of how a pair of young activists took the women's suffrage movement by storm, putting their lives at risk to help American women win the right to vote. 120 minutes. Unrated, but would probably earn a "PG-13," for language, violence and adult situations.
April 19: The Corporation
In this acclaimed documentary, 40 corporate insiders and critics explore the nature of the most pervasive institution of our time. Combining analysis with footage from advertising, TV news and industrial films, it is an entertaining and provocative look at the inner workings, curious history, controversial impacts and possible futures of the modern global conglomerate. 125 minutes. Not rated.

June 20 (Gay & Lesbian Pride Month): Serving in Silence: The Margarethe Cammermeyer Story
An army officer in line for a career promotion, suddenly facing discharge proceedings after identifying herself as a lesbian, the real-life Cammermeyer became a focus of national attention on the issue of gays and lesbians in the military. Glenn Close and Judy Davis both won Emmy awards for their roles in this 1995 made-for-TV film. Each showing will be followed by a private conference call with Col. Cammermeyer, during which she will answer questions from the audience. An autographed copy of her book Serving in Silence will be raffled after each call, proceeds to benefit the Franklin County Democratic Party. 92 minutes. Unrated.
