Hey all - I need a new name.

I have been offered an opportunity as an Account Representative here at the Herald-Mail so my tenure as Webmaster is coming to an end.

I need a new nickname. I hate to let go of webbie - but it doesn't seem to fit anymore.

So please help me think of a new nickname - jeepie might work... what do you think?

GREAT NEWS: My last child at home just got accepted into college. I am happy it is her first choice. Now the anxiety can fade. Until tuition is due, just kidding. So its 3 out of 3 that will be away. 2 will be at the same university. If I recall the campus visit, they all start looking a like, I wish I could go. Anyway, happy news, just posting on a good note as we move into the weekend.

Most of her classmates are ambivalent about college or trade school, they are not motivated about making plans after graduation. I am sad for them. Most are very talented and have such potential. Hope the summer pushes them. I am happy the motivation fairy visited my kid.

Some may know I have been job hunting. Others are like, what/who/yawn??????????/
Just want to pass on some good luck to anyone else job hunting. Just letting you know things can get better.

I work part-time and fully admit, I do not work very hard. I will miss my current place but know it is time to move on. Responsibility calls. I got a fulltime job. In two weeks, I will have to cut back on my off task computer meyanderings.

I have also been reading up in a fierce way, so that is why I am all into clinical stuff. My kids are like, be quiet already, you are boring us. I have been trying to retool my tired/lazy brain with information on the human condition. I will be returning to a full-time job, which may require me to actually work...................Basically, trying to teach an ole dog new tricks.

So, I will have to see how my on-line frolicking goes as I enter the cold turkey zone in two weeks.
Thanks for not yelling at me too badly, I have been cranky for a month. Enjoying some interviews and gagging at others. Thankfully, I found a friendly bunch to work for, they are nice everyday people. I am happy. I know new jobs r iffy. The 1st 3 months will tell me if its a fit.

I just had a discussion about this. Some people don't see to agree with me, but carpenter bees DO look like bumble bees, just with a shiny black part, they aren't completely fuzzy and cute.

One of those huge 5 inch carpenter things was staring me in the face 30 minutes ago. NOT friendly!

DO NOT KILL THEM!!! they chase all the other nasty bees away. He was just informing you that he was on duty. I love our carpenter bees. I've seen chase down a hornet here at the house. They hate wasps boy! I talk to mine when they do that hover thing in front of me. I just tell em, Ok get back to work! And I go about my business and they do to.
