Well previously working at a garage gives me the incentive to do it myself. I don't like to take mine to one unless absolutely neccessary after seeing some of the stuff I seen. I usually double check stuff when I do have to take a vehicle in.

I have, as to date,lost 8lbs.,3in off my butt,2in off my ribcage,and 2% body mass after only 4 & 1/2 months at the gym.
It won't be long before I actually break the 300 mark! Something that I havn't done for about 5yrs!! Can't wait!!!

Woohoo!! Great going. I have only been gaining weight...sigh. Just joined the Y this week, so first day was today. It was great. Just hope I can find times during the week when lanes are open. Will see.

Im still posting on this forum after a shaky start.I know how to strap down cars on a two car trailer.I will be married 25 years in July( so many people getting divorced I think that is an accomplishment )I carry a 113 average in duckpin bowling which is not too bad for a woman.

Whoops maybe I shouldnt have mentioned duckpin bowling.Is duckpin bowling considered a red neck sport?

You never heard of duckpin bowling?It is bowling where you use small balls.You bowl 3 balls instead of 2.The pins are also smaller.It is a little more challenging than 10 pin bowling & also more frustrating.You should try it sometime it is fun.Of course that is my opinion what I think is fun might not be your cup of tea.If you ever decide to try it they have duckpin lanes at all 3 of the Hagerstown Bowling alleys & Pikeside bowl in West Virginia.I have bowled in duckpin leagues with a year off here & there for over 20 years.

jen--when I heard of it before I thought it was kid bowling. I did not know it was a real sport. I may have to try it. After all, the balls must be lighter so that would be cool. I am not a bowler by nature.

I always heard duckpins were harder than 10 pin.

I'm a ten pin girl myself. I hate duckpin because I can't get the delivery right. It's like skeeball on acid. Horrible game!

Heather it is harder than 10 pin bowling, but I suck at 10 pin.Ive got an idea we can start a duckpin league with forum members .That would be very interesting.

Like I told tx its not everyone's cup of tea.When I started my average was around 90.My wrist turns too much when I bowl 10 pins even with a eight pound ball.Duckpin bowling is a game that can really be aggravating but I am addicted to it.

Bowling yep did that , 125 average.
Play golf. low 90s
Now I`m just enjoying my grand kids.
