New Ren Faire opening this weekend in Pa. In Linden actually. Only 15 mins. from Williamsport,Pa.

It's first day is the 3rd. We've got a reservation at a hotel for the night and theres a discount of 4$ for dressing in garb.That makes it only about 15$ to get in. Hopefully they'll do well and be able to add to the place just like Pa.Ren faire(my home shire )

It's some place other than an amusement park to go to if you're going to be up there this Summer.

I can't waite..but I'm gonna ha'to..I have a prior commitment this coming weekend...a wedding...but i'll get up there later this summer...thought it was you in the chat room for the faire on costumes...
that reminds me--I have to make the shirts for my son & spouse..got a pattern....such fun..DD of course has a gorgious costume already...me, well...

It runs thru the 16th of July. Then in Aug. Pa starts.
Packing the bags and getting everything and everybody fed and watered so we can just wake up,down some coffee and hit the road! I won't have to cook for a day and a half!! WOO_HOO! I'll give a report about the place when we get back. It's the first year so I don't have any high expetations. Just hope they do well enough to make a go of it and add to it over the years to come.

Waste of time, money and effort! DO NOT GO. Thats all I have to say. Wait for a year or two. Might be better then.
