A few of us from work have been there for lunch and we really enjoy it.

Many sauces to choose from. They are located on Railway lane near Valley Mall

Great atmosphere and a nice selection of wing flavors, BUT the wings were skimpy and had too much flabby skin on them for my tastes.

I thought that's what they say about hot dogs? Or maybe hot dogs and chicken nuggets aren't all that different! laugh.gif

The best I've ever had were called "Buffalo Lips" at a pub in Vermont. They were boneless chicken breast strips, breaded and with buffalo sauce. Awesome with ranch dressing!

I haven't been able to find anything as good down here tongue.gif

Chicken nuggets are often made using a high proportion of chicken skin. This is because without the skin the consistency would not be sticky enough for the nuggets to hold together. Food labelling law dictates that skin used to make the nugget need not be distinguished from the muscle tissue consumers normally think of when they hear the word "meat". The remainder of the nugget is most likely to be made up of mechanically recovered meat, with some processing additives such as anti-foaming agents (usually polydimethylsiloxane). The meat of the nugget may also be comprised of a reconstituted meat slurry.

"mechanically recovered meat"

I LOL'd

Only been there once, during the Colts season ender. Food and service were ok, but for a sit-down place I expect real dishes and silverware and cups, not environmentally-unfriendly disposable everything. Won't go back on that moral ground alone. If I wanted to assist in landfill overflow, I would have just gone to McDonald's.

They have real cups, but yes the rest was throw away.

One thing I did not like was slow lunch service.
