Investigators said two intertwined gangs were recruiting and committing crimes through Carroll, Frederick and Washington Counties; The Outlaw Gangsters Crips and the Money Maker Gangsters Crips. While officals consider the gang dismantled they said members are still lurking, and can be considered prey.
"This doesn't close the book. There are other gang members out there, other gangs out there, we will continue the effort they start here today," Charles Strong, Washington County State's Attorney.

Seems to me that there may be a problem with gangs in Washington County. Just wondering if Washington County is taking the same step as Frederick County. To get a hold of the problem. Or is Washington and Frederick County working together?
