Does anyone have any contacts for home school curriculum and/or local home school groups? I am looking specifically for 1st- 2nd grade level materials.

I am familiar with the Home School Store on Maugans Ave (?). Any others?

The store that you mention on Maugans is the only one I know of, but they're a great resource. I've shopped at their store in Frederick before. What would one do, if they wanted to home school their children.
I been thinking about doing just that.

15 days before you start you must notify Wash. Co. Board of Ed. They will give you the info you need.

Then come up with a curriculum and have at it.
