I am in immediate need of a concrete contractor to tear out and re-pour my front steps.
Can anyone give me some good recommendations?
TIA,
Brian

Rather than repour, have you considered pre-fab concrete cast steps? Not sure who carries them around here, maybe Hagerstown Block? I had them installed in another home I owned and they looked great.

I think that's what I have now. So, yes it is an option.
Who installed them for you?

Well, I called a few of the contractors recommended here, now if I could just get them to call back!
AGGHHH!!!!

My experience has been that they will call, maybe.
Those that do call will set appointments for estimates.
Most of them don't show up to give an estimate.
Of the ones that do show up, one might be reasonable.
When the work gets started, something happens right after the first or second day.
This happened to me and then it is like pulling teeth to get them to come back and finish.
This happened to me on more than one project. Maybe it's just me, but when I complained to friends they would smile and say "well, that's just the way it is here."

Well no one ever called back. Harrell said they would come by(twice), but never did. That's fine, I'll keep my money. I finally went and did a patch job on it my self for $10.

Well, I am sorry to say that I am not surprized. Sorry your luck wasn't better than mine!
Glad you got it fixed and saved all that money!
