Ah yes........let me add one more thing; I learned, once again, just how much I miss everyone in the 4 state area. Grocery stores that cater to restricted diets, people who get together and have lunch with each other (you didn't invite me either ) people who meet in the park to duke it out( y'all are really too much!) and people who meet at the bookstore to duke it out !!! And people who call other people the Supremes and then have to apologize......believe me, get into the north or the midwest, and no one will even have enough personality to do either..................people who discuss their favorite mattresses (there is really only one thing Siriunsun thinx about when purchasing a mattress!) and people who can dare to differ on issues like the death penalty. Yes...in a lot of places, people just think what they are told to think. I miss everyone.....in most places, people are more like zombies, so the fourstate area is special.

1 - being away from the family for a week wasn't as much fun as I thought it would be
2 - being away from the office for a week was MORE fun that I thought was possible
3 - spending a week away with my boss made me appreciate him more as a "person", instead of just "the boss"
4 - eating 3 meals a day in restaurants is not good for my waistline, but my taste-buds enjoyed it

and last, but certainly not the least....

5 - I've come to realize that interacting with the forum posters is not just a way to stay informed, kill time and share ideas, I have come to consider these folks as friends I haven't met yet.

5.) This is the top One. By reading some of the threads here this Friday morning I've learned how to type and hold myself at the same time to keep from wetting myself.

I've learned that I still have a compromised immune system from being sick last year......eone in family was sick; I was the only one who got secondary infections and had to be on antibiotics.

I've learned that my house ends up looking like a pack of wild dogs moved in whenever I get sick. Would wild dogs be neater than my family??

I've learned that Dr. Phil does not think being an abuse victim is a good reason to commit a crime.

I learned I do not like interviews. Today, the interviewer asked me what type of sundae I would make if I could do anything. There was silence but I faked it. You see, I am lactose intolerant. I am also too old for these questions. Maybe they were assessing creativity. I do not know what they are assessing but that is life. Maybe I learned I do not want to work there. It was good practice.

I wish I was an accountant, all they would ask me is if I could count.

A student at Cambridge has been purchasing meds off my insurance since November to the tune of $1,000+.

He and I haven't been paying a cent.

I got this wonky statement in the mail and called my insurance company and they informed me that indeed I have been taking these medications which were 600 bucks one day and then 300 bucks the very next day.

I have? I totally did not realize I was taking any medication at all.

So like a good insurance company, they connected me to the pharmacy which of course was the wrong number. So I looked up the pharmacy myself and called them and talked to Ken who is tres nice and fixed everything. The poor unfortunate, and rather unhealthy, gentleman that was utilizing my insurance is now billed properly.

Mmhmm.

On Monday Morning I learned how to pay taxes here in Maryland agian. I bought things from 2 local stores. This is just for Bent. Makes you feel all fuzzy and warm knowing that don't it Bent.?

I have learned there are some great walking & bike trails, hopefully I can get out and enjoy the spring weather. I love this area, the rural and scenic parts are great.
