Well, it's not Friday anymore but I still learned a few things last week:

1) I learned that I still get teared up at graduations, after my youngest graduated from a local community college. I'm a proud momma!

2) I learned that I have an awesome neighbor that lives around the corner from us. He took my 88 year old dad & I to DC (where I have a horrible phobia of driving) to visit the WWII Memorial.

3) I learned how proud some folks are of the veterans who fought for their country. I was so surprised as people came up to shake his hand and thank him for his service. I was a proud daughter!

4) I also learned that I still have friends over here in H-town that care to contact me! Love you guys!

A 6lb. 25 inch long Flounder is a lot of fish. And fun to catch.

1) my car was absolutely, positivily, filthy inside! it's an Echo, so cleaning inside is like playing Twister

3) I have lost a total of 11 3/4 inches from my body in the last 8 months from working out! 4 1/2 in alone from my waist!!

4)we may have sold the Moto Guzzi

5) somebody is throwing trash ( food wrappers) in the neighbor's yard!!! and it ain't me!

5 - Putting an old, sick dog down has been very difficult for my hubby. Must remember to be extra, special nice to him this weekend.
