Bleach… it isn’t just for your whites anymore.
Don’t piss Jesse Jackson off.
Bull and Bears sounds like it might be a cool place.
We are missing out by not having more events downtown.
Good ideas don’t go over well with the present city council.
Common sense doesn't appear to be in the vocabulary of the council either.
Work still magically appears on your desk when you go on vacation.
Political threads get people talking, but they get messy too.
Meeting to sell spices must look like a bad drug deal.

I guess I learned this a long time ago, but something is always broken. If we had better public transportation and if the housing market wasn't crap, I'd ditch my car, sell my house and feel a lot less stressed.
My kitty was even broken for a little while

She's ok now

WELL, she doesn't normally eat like Bishop does. She's more flitty and he's more fatty. She wasn't flitting and he was smelling her all suspicious. She wasn't rolly polly and he was obviously affected.
She was just listless. Unaffected by me and he smelled her up alll the time. I didn't want to jump to hysterics, so I waited. Couple days later, same routine. I took her the vet and they ran EXPENSIVE tests, nothing amiss there. <no tip necessary> A couple days later, she perked up and is fine.
Have you heard about Narnia? I think she's a big deal there.

Forgot to post last Friday:
The Stube is GREAT.
CleverNameGoesHere, Coma, and WildBlue are just as cool in real life as they are in the forums.
It always gets hot and humid when I have to paint outside.
Some people aren't ever happy, apparently I'm included in that.
I like owning my own air compressor and nailgun set.

Oh Geez, I bet the popo are headed up to my house right this minute!
I DO grow oregano, honest, and a whole bunch of other herbs (not 'erbs) too!
I'm thinking maybe I should package them differently though, if Mr. Nice Policeman DOES show up, I'm gonna have to explain a couple of pounds of dried herbs, packaged in baggies.
I'm seriously screwed.

I learned that there are a lot more people dreaming of their teeth falling out than I would ever imagined... and that some of us are still subconsciously working toward our high school diplomas!
I learned that getting clarification on 9,000 jobs is harder than finding out the meaning of life.
I learned what WVD's tatts look like - woo hoo!
I learned that coma thinks my stories are too long and involved...
I learned that paperpusher is the master of the evasive answer -- but then again, she wasn't subjected to any "waterboarding"
And I learned more than I ever needed to know about how to seal lead paint on an old window.

I DIDN'T learn the details about Heather's camping trip, though..... hmm.....

5. Some just need to go away.

I learned that Liz Thompson of the HM is a friendly-kinda gal.
