Ok... resurrecting the Friday Lessons!
I've learned...
1. Sometimes procrastination DOES pay off.
2. For many people, discord = excitement.
3. Mashed potatoes and stuffing really are a match made in heaven.
4. Cows may poop e. coli, but it's wild boars that do the manure spreading.
5. There aren't a lot of movies with Halloween scenes.
6. There are two groups of people: Those who have seen Memento and loved it, and those who haven't seen it.

- back spasms can really put a cramp in your running/working out
- I have an @ssload of leaves in my back yard, but no desire to start cleaning them up. Where's that teenage nephew of mine.....
- while I refuse to dress up and usually get the creeps by adults in costumes, I love Halloween
- the Cowboys aren't as good as I hoped they'd be (neither is my college team)
- this can still be a fun place when the fighting is kept to a minimum (gotta have a little) and people actually post
- I've lost my desire to post about politics on internet message boards.

CPD, concrete contractors arent the only ones who do not return phone calls! It took us so long, that I am embarassed to even say, to just get a contractor to do a perk test for us in Berkeley County. I guess they don't want the business from us little people, they just want to please those big builders! We are yet to get the permit back either!!!!
And no, I wil not feel sorry for any of them now that home sales have dropped. Thats just what they get for being so greedy. (no pun inteneded btw)
