Any info about where I can get one close to the Hagerstown area please let me know. I tried the Audi dealer in FSC but they do not have ones this old. I preferr a 5speed and it must be a Quattro so please keep that in mind.

Try www.carmax.com . They have a ton of used cars of all models and makes. The dealerships are in Rockville and Dulles. Doubt you'll find cars like Audis out here in the country, all those ritzy Euro's are sold closer to bigger cities like DC or Baltimore. So I'm betting you'll need to do some driving to locate one.
