Any James Bond fans around here? The new 007 flick, Casino Royale, comes out Friday with a fresh actor playing Bond. It may be the first movie I go to see in theaters this year.

I know some of the Bond movies, especially the Roger Moore era, were downright hokey, but I love 'em and even own all the dvds. Just call it one of my guilty pleasures.

cross your fingers he ain't gonna be like Lazenby!! Or that other dude-the wimpy one...what was his name??
I'm hoping he's a keeper. Loved Connery,Moore,Broznan..rest-well....trash can fodder.

I thought Timothy Dalton, who did two flicks as Bond after Roger Moore, wasn't too bad. The stories in those two movies were some of the best of the series. He just wasn't suave enough to pull off a convincing Bond.

Hubby and I have seen 'em all, many times! But, Sir Sean will always be the true Bond in my eyes!

And this new guy....I don't know. I've only seen a few pics of him on TV ads. So, didn't get a good look at him. But, he almost looked psychotic in the briefs pics that I saw. Will wait to decide after seeing him in action.

There is only one 007 and his name is sean connery. moore wasn't terrible but thats as close as it got. i'll keep up hope that this new guy will be good and i'll see it.
