They love Americans who do stuff like that. Just ask Snoopy.

not that I even want to argue the point but the reason they dont stop or slow down is if they do they get BLOWN UP!

I'd bet it doesn't bother them a bit. it's probably the least of their problems. hell, everybody drove like that in Manila in 1972.
Do you think those guys did it because they were worried about being bombed. they didn't sound too worried to me. They were probably stoned. I would have been.

Now are the Soldiers definding your sorry A$$ are stoners? This isn't the 70's and this isn't Vietnam.

An American serviceman driving a US military vehicle recklessly in a war zone and politics is off-topic for that discussion.
Whatever you say Yoss. I've deleted the offending posts. For the record there was nothing in either one that wasn't true and they were both directly related to US servicemen and the Iraq war.
The next time someone starts a thread linking to a video but not providing any commentary I'll check first to see what their intent was before I respond?

Its tiring even trying to explain what the thread is about. It wasn't a commentary on Iraq or Bush and as you'll notice I didn't put any snide political comment in with the video. I just thought it was interesting that this is how they drive to avoid being a TARGET!!!
Sorry for not providing a commentary on the thread for you. Do you think its odd that nobody else saw this clip as a reason to bash the servicemen, war effort, or Bush? Only you.
Everyone is entitled to their opinions. I just find yours to be too repetitive and biased to give any credence to.

I think I read or saw somewhere that over 1,000 military personnel have been killed by IED's, those roadside bombs set up to go off when a military humvee or other vehicle passes by.
Anyone that doesn't think that our military personnel are in extreme danger while riding in the streets of Baghdad or any Iraqi town/city, is a damned fool.
Now I know these videos aren't showing IED attacks, but rather RPG's (rocket propelled grenades) or morter rounds, but the extreme danger is still there, especially when the vehicles are slowed down or stopped by other traffic.
You can go on and on about how we don't belong there, but the fact is, WE ARE THERE, and our military personnel MUST do whatever they can to survive.

One of the things that reallys stabs me in the back is the AMERICAN media, who interview these insurgent scumbags. How sick is that? They are betraying their country and emboldening the enemy. Instead of carrying a camera, they should be carrying a pistol and shoot these scumbags instead of interviewing them.
