What do you guys think of this?
I think she has way too much time on her hands, and should be made to do something; ie: Community Service? Pick up trash in a park with her parents, something like that? At the very least, the parents need to repay the costs of involving the emergency services being involved in all this mess!
8 years old...unbelievable!!!

I made a prank 911 call when I was about the same age. To this day I never did admit to my parents that I did it even though I knew that they knew I did. Time for a confession.

Wow, you have to admit that she sounds like a smart kid that needs some redirection. (and punishment, of course).
If parents could just channel all that creativity and persistence into something worthwhile!

What were her parents thinking when they gave her a cell phone?! Did they seriously think she would never attempt to call 911 unless it was an emergency?! :::shaking head:::

She needs to be given 135 hrs. of community service.
Also she should be made to ride with an ambulance to some calls they make.
To show her how important 911 is to people in need.

1. Take away cell phone & tv(this kid probably watches BAM regularly).
2. Make her help clean up after an accident/ems call--do not make this fun-riding with them she would think was a riot!
3. Parents should warm her backside! And the parents should be made to pay back the cost of this prank ...the time and money wasted by their 'wonderful' child...

Yes, the ride along/community services ideas are great ones. That way she sees the seriousness of 911 calls and accidents.
