Almost forgot I ride a Honda Shadow.
Udmas
None right now.

First one was 74 Honda 550 four

Second was 84 Suzuki 450

That was about ten years ago I didn't know how to act on a bike so after a few tickets and a few close calls I figured I better give up riding at least until I grew up a little bit. laugh.gif

2004 Harley Davidson Road King, LOVE IT. Bought it off the showroom floor with 3 miles on it at Williamsport Harley Davidson.
sweetliberty2u
I was hoping someone would say a Harley. Glad to see I wasn't disappointed.
cool.gif I'm ready to take a ride. lol
WVDragonlady
Gee. You guys only own 1 ? Lets see......... we have and ride..... 1 red and 1 black Russian Ural sidecars(hacks), a 1997 Moto Guzzi California, a 1975 BMW, a 1999 Kawasaki( looks like an Indian), and not a harley in sight! wink.gif they aren't the " be all" and " end all" of motorcycles. Thats just hype. None of ours have broken down along the road so that everyone that we're riding with, have to stop also. rolleyes.gif But, having just said that, for me personally, I don't care what you ride as long as you do ride and just don't own the shirt( aka: side walk bikers). biggrin.gif

I have a 82 gs550mz that been setting in the garage for the last 3 years...One nice weekend I will break it out and get it started...

Had a 98 GSX750F sold it 3 years ago never rode it much...

I check ebay regularly for a 82 Eddie Lawson Kawasaki and classic BMW's...

What originated this big new craze of motorcycles anyway in the last decade? I hate motorcycles so I dont have a motorcycle. Its just another one of those fad group things anyway. Many many motorcycle groupies are swingers and I abhor that.
Flipper
If youd post something about RVs I can be positive about them but motorcycles I cant stand the noise and the reasons most like to be into them. Its all about an image and acceptance in a group.
jelsey
Once again Flipper hates something some of us love. It's NOT a craze or a fad, it's a fricken LIFESTYLE and anyone who REALLY rides knows that. I guess you think HD is a flash-in-a-pan business. It's been around since 1903 and has served everyone from postmen to soldiers.

I repeat...Flipper you really are a dick.

That said ... 1984 HD Tour Glide is my ride. Big, Bad and Beautiful...just like me.

Swinging is a lifestyle too, yes there isnt much anyone in this area likes that Im into, Im sorry Im just gonna need to set a goal to move to another region. I have been fine and got along with others in other areas but not here. People want me and like me up here I just dont want them, too uninteresting for me.

That would be great because out of all the places Ive lived this is the one where people seem the most fake, fronting and transparent.

Flipper why don't you stay the hell off of the Threads if you don't like something. The Thread is called "What Kinda Motorcycle do u ride" If you don't ride go to the next thread. No need to comment that you hate motorcycles. Most people hate you on this forum but we don't have to go on each thread to comment on it.

What the hell is wrong with you????? You don't say anything but Hate, Dagmar, gay bars, and your dislike for swingers. Maybe you could start a thread "What flipper Likes" That way you can just talk to yourself and not bother the rest of us.

Dragon: Don't really understand your comment, "not a Harley in sight! they aren't the " be all" and " end all" of motorcycles" Who said they were? I just stated that I have one and love it. I have rode motorcycles for over 17 years now. I have owned Yamahas, Suzuki’s, Hondas, and Harley's. I loved them all but must say that this is by far the best bike I have ever owned. My wife has a Honda and she loves it. We are looking to get a Shadow as well. The only thing I can say about Harley Owners is the comradery seems better than other brand owners. It is almost like a family atmosphere. I never felt that way when I owned the other brands.

They dont hate me.

Ok, I have to amit. Harley brings up memory's of my younger years. Wild and Carefree. lol
To be honest, I probably would ride on any motorcycle. I just love the feeling of not being confine, in a vehicle.

Checkingin
Hubby has had his share of motorcycles over the years. I enjoy riding with him. Has one now that is being restored. I'll have to ask him what it is called.

Son has one now that he and hubby use. It is one of those "six feet under" types. The fast ones. I think it is a Yamaha.
They both enjoy riding. Always have.

I was gonna learn how to ride in my younger years, but hubby was too worried that I would be in an accident cuz I was deaf at the time. So, I just stuck with riding. I could learn now, but not that interested anymore. Too hard on the rump!! lol
Dougstermd
wow great thread I still have my shadow but I got rid of my 84 magna that was a blast to ride but with two bikes I could not ride them both at the same time. so i had to narrow my stable.

And yeah flip I just bought the bike to annoy the neighbors, my ex wife, my parents and you. I do not even ride it I just wait until I get all buzzed up and go out in the yard and rev it up around midnight most every night rolleyes.gif

If you got along fine with people in other areas i would strongly suggest moving back there. People here dont want you or like you.

If you need help moving just let me know. I'll hire a whole crew of guys to get you rolling biggrin.gif

I resent the fact that you said that. Just because a man has a beard and mustach, don't mean their stupid. As I like men that has a beard & mustache. Why you judge everyone the same way? Motorcycles are cool, as you can meet a lot of nice people at them biker party's. You have no clue.

Hey you all remember Pete & Benny's on Rt.355 or was that Rt. 85? Was a biker bar back in my days. I think their's a biker's bar up in this area also. But I forgot the name. Unfortually, I don't have a bike as I can't afford one, nor do I know how to ride one.
Snoopy
Street/trail is my preference. Bike-wise, I look at asphalt mostly as a way to get to an off-road place to ride.

First off Flipper your are a class "A" idiot! You work in a gas station and have proven over and over that you are truely worthless.

O.K. back on topic!!

I got my bike license in 1981 and have had 4 since then. I don't have one now. I traded my last one in for kids and a marriage!!
