The City Council has been presented with a budget that has future built in deficits despite big expected increases in the tax base and tax rate. There are three members on the council that have made it plain that intend to pick your pocket well into the next decade, those members are Lew Metzner, Penny Nigh and MS McBean. How do you feel about that????? This is in response to complaints about the Mayor thread.

you know the sad thng about this is when its time to vote again, these three will be voted right back in office, they yell about what they do to them, then vote them in again.

Primary would be in March of "09"
General in May of "09"

I sure hope that the forum members will remind everyone how each and every council member voted on big issues over the past few years. I also hope that we remember and bring up to a point of nausea the issues that McBean has been involved in.

great yet another year

I saw the city council meeting on t.v. I notice out of all of them, KCromer have the most to say on there. I notice a few were just taking notes or look like they was just taking notes. Still not clear on what they was talking about.

To me, that said a lot of about a person. Whether or not their paying attention. Then sometimes, I wonder if them person really care.

I won't name names. It usually seem to be the same people.
