They were promoting the event today at City Park and I was informed that this might be the last year for the event due to a lack of cooperation from Wash Co. and the surrounding towns (not including Hagerstown).

If you go to the above site, you'll find some very interesting information about the organization and its history. It would be a shame for it to not see it's 20th anniversary.
