Full Version: What does $456 billion buy?
I've often thought about how all the money being diverted into the Iraq war could be put to better use. Health care, education, cancer research... this is sad...
and the sad part of all this is,afterall the eath when they are done with us we will get thrown out, and they will be pals with iran, we better take our tanks back home.

How far do you wanna go? People have been second guessing defense spending forever. If we didn't spend money on those awful nuclear missles, we could eliminate hunger and poverty, etc.

I love how it was okay for this school to scare the kids on their trip saying there was a gunman lose and to run for cover & this is not a drill...but we cannot show the people who jumped out of the twin towers on 9/11. We should be showing this footage every week so the populus knows what we are fighting for!
