I am so damn tired of our state being the dumping ground for these punk's crimes!

Just dump like a bag of trash over an embankment. Makes me so damn angry every time read this stuff!

BERKELEY COUNTY, WV- Berkeley County authorities have identified a body found near a dam. The West Virginia Medical Examiner's Office said the body is of Tina Marie Starcher of Martinsburg. She was found near Damn Number Four Road. Investigators said they have reason to believe Starcher was murdered, although they have not yet named any suspects.
A neighbor told NBC25 he often goes fishing by the embankment where the body was found.
"No, I went down to the dam and they had it roped off just randomly, and I heard the next day they pulled a body out of there," said George Sanders, neighbor.
An autopsy is being done at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Charleston.
