My house was reassessed last year at the height of the RE boom, with taxes rising substantially for the next 3 years. Now that the boom is over, I think my home value is going down, not up, but the rising taxes are not reflecting that.

Has anyone disputed their RE taxes? What's involved? Were you successful?
