girl's psychokinetic

girl causes woman's fingernails to bleed while they are at a dining/cafe table

two girls are in a shop room and one (may have been both though) attacks her with tools/blades using mind power

Doesn't sound familiar. You might want to try checking out IMDB's keyword feature. They've catalogued movies and their keywords. Like if you type in "shark" it will bring up a list of movies that have sharks in them.
