If you have had any experience with the Berkeley-Morgan county DHHR CPS, please post here. We are looking for anyone who feels as though they have been wronged by the dept, in any way, you may be a parent or a foster parent.
You may have lost your children to CPS or feel that they haven't done enough to protect your kids.
Whichever side you're on, we'd like to hear from you.
Our only concern is the "best interest of the children".

I'm really looking for some stories on the other side, kids that have been returned, regardless of parent's behavior. Ther's a case going on right now, two foster children, age 2 and 15mos, will possibly be returned to their mother, even though she has not completed an improvement period, and has not cooperated in any way, this has gone on for 14 months.
CPS has screwed up somewhere along the way, probably in the beginning, and the kids are the ones who will suffer. They will be returned with no transition period, just given to her to take back to the crack house, where she lives.
