Did Martinsburg end up having their Christmas Parade Saturday evening? I read in the paper they were going to wait until later in the day to decide.
Charles Town cancelled theirs and it isn't going to be rescheduled. That's too bad for the people that put alot of time and effort into making floats. And the "new" downtown looks great with the new decorations.

I thought I read in yesterday's Journal that the Martinsburg
parade was going to be held this Saturday...you might want
