I know it's Bowl week and we're getting ready for the play-offs but I thought I'd get this thread started. I just watched UK loose to San Diego 81-72 at Rupp. Their record is now 5-6 and I'm sure a few SEC teams are licking their chops.

It serves them right as far as I'm concerned. Tubby Smith just finalized a 7 yr $1.75m/yr contract with Minnesota whose record is 9-1.

The UK record is now 13-10. Not great but better than I expected. More importantly they're 7-3 in the SEC. And 4 of their last 6 games are at Rupp. They still have a chance at making the tournament.

Alright Cats! They just beat Florida 75-70 to finish the season 18-11 and 11-4 in the SEC. That should get them in the tournament.

They took Tenn, #1 in the country at the time, to the wire in their own house last Sunday so who knows what can happen. I'd settle for a sweet 16 finish right now though.

My Wildcats lost in overtime to Georgia after being delayed when a tornado hit the Georgia Dome. It was better that they lost this week than had they lost last week to Florida. They should get no worse than a 10th seed IMO.
