Why can't the fast reply be added to more of the threads? It's quite handy imo. thanx

Try going to "My Controls", "Board Settings", "Posting Settings", at the bottom of the page is "open fast reply when available", set the option to "yes".

Not sure if that will work, but give it a try.

I already have that option chosen. I was just wondering why more threads didn't have the fast replies. It's odd that only some threads have it and the majority don't. S'ok. I was just wondering.

I changed my avatar and it didn't change in my posts. When I look at my control panel, the new avatar is there. What could be the problem? I logged out and logged back in. Maybe I should clear the cookies?

Someone might want to tell someone to check their PMs, or an e-mail is coming, or maybe ask a quick question. But then their post is rolled off of the page because the idiots who are hogging the damn shoutbox. NOW do you get it??? geesh! my god! how damn DENSE can you be????

I, like WVD, also consider the shoutbox as a quick hello, you have mail, drive carefully the roads are bad, etc. Not a place to carry on long-winded conversations. Scrolling thru 50 pages of 2 peoples conversation is just plain unnecessary.

I agree to a certain point to Yoss BUT calling names i'm sorry dragon doesn't have that right. She has a label for all of the members she don't like who has tried their best to get along with her.

It is simple. If u r approached by a MOD to decrease entries in the shout box, a problem has been identified. Listen to the feedback, comply, and move on.....Whispers: We all get feedback, it is like traffic or road signs, just part of life.

I've never understood the "check your PM/email" messages. Don't we have automatic indicators for that stuff?

Actually, me neither, since I get a popup everytime I get a pm.

What's a pop up?? I don't get nothing unless I go out and come back in. That's why I alway's tell others when I send them a PM.

mine pop up too. go to your control panel, i think its in there...

you get pop up notification... for pm's, comments, etc.

I agree with this, too. Even in a chat room or in person, that kind of monopolizing of a public discussion or forum is considered rude.

From what I have seen , it looks like you are jealous of others that get attention. Its easy to see with your hostile words.

I think I deserve to be allowed to use the chatterbox. I see no difference in how Ive used it compared with many others. Why are some people singled out? What do you do pick names out of a hat to see which one that will be banned?

Sure PTI, I'll answer that. First, it's not a chatbox, although you use it like one. You were asked by the ModSquad to not post so much. You didn't listen. You're out of it now. If you behave, ModSquad might let you back in.

Thats perfectly acceptable and understandable to a point. I just hope I wasnt singled out for some reason or my name was drawn out of the hat because I am not the only one. Is consistency practiced by the moderators? If not thats not fair like they say they are. Thanks alot.

Was the majority of what you just posted copied and pasted from somwhere online? Just a question for the Mod Squad. It always works just notify manager or moderator they do the right things and will make sure it is corrected. Thats what theve told me at all my jobs and I never seen any results. But anyway Im glad you stepped in and moderated this feud, hope it solves things.
