this thread has coma's name written all over it. he's been known for liking the rock-and-roll.

I have a couple hundred gigs worth of music, mostly rock/metal. Here's some that you might like. (No I didn't type all of this, I exported a list of Rock and edited it down to what you might like.) Check out the bolded first since they're more similar to what you have listed. Check out Mushroomhead first. They are a lot like Slipknot and Mudvayne; they were actually the first band to pull off the masked thing. They're last album had a new singer and he never really grew on me though.
You said no Avenged Sevenfold, but their older stuff isn't really emo. It's more like Trivium. The Dreaming is "kinda" emo but the lead singer is Christopher Hall from Stabbing Westward, if you liked them.

Another suggestion, check out
slacker.com (it's free). Out of all the music/stations/services I've listened to online over the years, this is probably the best one all-around. They have a ton of stations but you can add bands to create your own custom stations too. Then, with the Artist Discovery option (that you can fine tune) you can find new music based on your listening preferences. It's kinda like Yahoo Launchcast but better and it kicks Pandora's azz. They even have a portable device now.
PM me if you wanna chat music.
