I was just wondering if anybody is going/doing anything special for New Years Eve, like going to Times Square. Also, anybody changed their plans because of the raised threat level.

We are just staying home, having Ginger Ale with the wee one like usual. I'll be lucky to keep my eyes open til midnight!

I will be at my girlfriends Aunt's house. She has a party every year where family and friends get together to eat and have a good time.

I'm sure the hubby will be dead asleep by 8 or 9pm.
I'm hangin out in the recliner with the knee proped up and eatin chocolates and drinkin pink champagne! Probably stagger to bed before 12!


Did you know that if you drink a whole bottle of champagne thru a straw you get staggering drunk??!!

Well, I'll be in Jacksonville probably in my cramped hotel room watching the ball drop on tv while my wife snores away.

I'll be going to my dining room table to eat my big fat lobster like I always do!
