Why is CNN pushing a lottery winner to the top of it's page? Because he is a "Katrina" Victim? What about the rest of them. To me this rubs their noses in it.

I just think it's a "feel good" story. I wouldn't fault CNN for pushing this to the top of their page. In a world of disaster, destruction, war, murders, and other monstrosities, sometimes it's refreshing to read something good in the news.
