The more I think about it, I realized, I need to repent for my thoughts.
US money is indeed unfair to the Blind and should be changed.

Not that it matters much, but do other countries have paper money in denominations that you can distinguish by feel?

If I recall correctly some of the foriegn countries I visited, did have different sized bills for their denominations.

I think it's a good idea too. For a blind person who is trying to be independent, it presents a challenge when depending on the morality of the store clerk who is returning their change. In a perfect world, the clerk would be honest enough to return the correct change, but we all know there are plenty of morally depraved people out there.
