The article doesn't state what the woman was wearing. So I'll just fill in the blanks and imagine she had on only the standard-issue stewardess' festive neckerchief. And the bright orange inflatable life jacket from underneath the seat.
What's this have to do with not flying that airline? Or was that a joke I didn't understand?
