Sweetest ever! Which girl said Foo Fighters anything: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGQAfolOJUI

Only thing I'll ever ask of you. Gotta promise not to stop when I say when. wub.gif So sweet.
SMan
I was going to say the Foo Fighters version of "Baker Street", though I dig the Gerry Rafferty version, too.
Udmas
I like this version better than Dylan's.

And I like this version better than Paul McCartney & WINGS.
Ithlilian
Ud is not going to like this, but the remakes of the doors songs/the tribute album are REALLY good. Here are my favorites:

Seriously listen/give the songs a chance though they are very good.
Udmas
You were right about that, they sucked.
Ithlilian
BAH!
Biggins
I still can't decide on which version of this song I like better... I'm leaning toward the original because its video is MUCH cooler.

Thank God, I thought it was just me. That really sucked, sorry H. smile.gif

Korn is awesome. I don't want to get into the whole metallica sold out argument. Here is a remake of Master of Puppets by Trivium. Trivium is awesome.

That would be me... LOVE the Foo! wub.gif

You're a Prince fan, right? How about the remake that FF did with Darlin' Nikki? I love BOTH versions!

The suck: Jon Davis got sober. I mean good for him but, rolleyes.gif his vocals suck without his rage. Everything else is the same except drummer boy. He's sexier than Lars any day. Meh!

Speaking of remakes, Prince recently played a version of Radiohead's "Creep" at a concert. Some fans recorded it with cell phone cameras and posted it to YouTube. Prince then got is panties in a wad and forced youtube to remove the video.

Members of Radiohead hear about Prince covering their song and want to check it out, but can't because it was removed. Thom Yorke, lead singer for Radiohead, responds by telling youtube to put it back up because it's their song.

It'll be interesting to see who actually has the rights to performances like this one, but anyway, thumbs up to Radiohead. This DMCA stuff is getting out of hand.

I guess not really a remake... But I would have loved to have been there!

Led Zeppelin sings with the Foo

That remake is baaad. Prince needs a flick in the forehead like the V8 veggie commercials. Someone on prince.org said that Radiohead should do remakes of Prince's songs and post them on youtube which isn't just funny but would probably be pretty euphoric.

I saw a youtube of some white dude doing ODB "Baby I Got Your Money" with John Cusak doing his "Say Anything" boombox pose. happy.gif

Two Holy Divers.

I vote for Killswitch, though I like none of their other stuff at all.
