I watched the movie Lars and the Real Girl and the guy in it bought a blow up doll and treated her like a real companion. I watched the extras on the DVD and they said there is a website where you can create these dolls with thousands of different specific features and have it shipped to your door.

I've seen that site before (don't ask - very crude friend...) They are (or were about 5 years ago) about 3 grand! But you design from start to finish - body type, skin color, hair - length, color, texture, cut - eye color & shape, (ahem) mouth color & shape - ah, open or closed - and even down to the nether-regions & how you would like it "groomed"... Crazy, I tell ya!

I think the realdoll website (i think that's the site) also sells male dolls with custom sized lifelike *appendages*.
