Does anyone actually believe that they won't resume construction of a nuke? Can't they just go underground (literally) or get what they need elsewhere? Maybe I've just been watching too much TV but my gut tells me its naive to think they won't pursue a nuke in other ways.

Exactly. They're now a nuclear power. That's what they all want. This will just make Iran want it more.
