When is that plan to take effect?

Probably already in effect for her.

Excuse me, but are these the same Democrats that don't want a gas tax holiday.... and instead want to raise the gas tax about 10 cents a gallon or more in order that construction companies in their states can keep getting roads contracts.... Also the same Democrats that control Congress and don't want to vote to allow drilling in the US and offshore...

YEAH... GIVE ME A BREAK.....
