Full Version: As Obama tries once again...

As Barrack Obama once again attempts to portray himself as a pragmatist, maybe even a bipartisan moderate one (hah), just as he successfully did in the days prior to the election, we should remember that over the last 8 months we haven’t witnessed anything even barely resembling practicality or bipartisanship, or moderation. In fact, remember well when Obama demanded that Congress hurriedly produce and vote on a national healthcare bill before the summer recess. The important thing to keep in mind is the fact that he was prepared to sign ANYTHING they came up with - as long as it met the deadline. This was probably due to the fact that he knew it was being put together by like-minded extremists with zero input from conservatives. It later became evident that he would’ve signed the bill without even knowing specifically what was in it – like most of the rest of the Democrats and gutless Republicans. The only thing that stopped his reckless plan was the unexpectedly severe reaction by the public.

With their track record up to now, anyone that trusts Barrack Obama and the Peolsi-Reid brigade to be looking out for their interests and the interests of the nation is a fool. I’m not so sure that the real reason he wants to pass some healthcare bill, any healthcare bill, isn't just so he can admire himself and be admired by others like him, and have a trophy for his legacy – regardless of what it costs the rest of us. Bah! To hell with these jerks!

I think it would be instructive to watch the 60 Minutes interview of Barrack Obama just before the election. Then compare they way he portrayed himself in that to what has transpired over the last 8 months. How well has he fared in his bipartisanship? How about it - has he lived up to being a "moderate"? And, just how good of a practical minded problem solver is he? We all know the details - I won't even bother.

It is very unfortunate, that some are still not convinced.

It will pain me when they do realize it, because it will be to late, the damage will be done.

They will be crying very hard when the inflation kicks in. It is coming.
