I've heard so many people complain about Washington County and Martinsburg City. I've been to both several times for babies being born and other things I consider "minor." Not that I consider a birth a minor thing, but what is everyone talking about? Why do people say things like, "I'd rather drive to a hospital two hours away than go to City or County?" Are these hospitals that bad? Everyone knows someone with a crazy story. Don't these stories happen everywhere? Are our hospitals that bad?
