Looks like more ppl at the DC protest than expected Saturday .

There's a huge variation in the estimated numbers with low estimates around 50,000 (though the NY Times just said "thousands"), and the median being in the hundreds of thousands. One newspaper quotes DC local police estimates of about 1.2 million. ABC and Fox estimated almost double that at around 2 million. After watching time-lapse videos of the march on YouTube, "millions" seems very high to me. Maybe 100,000? Who knows???

Still - three cheers for the thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, or millions that came from all over the country to show their disapproval for the direction the radicals are taking us. As the movement grows, I'm sure we'll see more and more massive protests taking place. This is still in its infancy.

Did you get the moderate, bipartisan, pragmatic leadership that was so slickly packaged and advertised during the pre-election propaganda? Did the change you were looking for have anything to do with a budget that's 3.5 times that of of the previous nitwits' yearly spending spree while having to borrow from other nations 40% of that monstrous budget amount in order to cover its costs? You might be OK with that, since you go by the name Idiot, but I bet quite a few of those 60 million you quoted are having some reservations.

Tea Party Express in Harrisburg.

Speaking of the "size" of the crowds, I have an idea. I could start the Twinkie Express! I'll get a bus and fill it with twinkies and follow them around. I could get rich in no time.

No. Nor did I expect to. But I believe Obama is much closer to possessing all three of those traits than the alternative was.

I wasn't really looking for change so much and I really don't see that much to be honest. On the two biggest issues IMO, the economy and the war, I don't see Obama as so much different than Bush.

I had many more reservations when when I voted for him than I do now.

Did you ever consider a lobotomy? I mean, maybe it could help you but there's no guarantee. It certainly couldn't do any harm.
