Actions speak louder than words. He hasn't stopped doing the things you think he's apologizing for. He's just not bragging about it like Bush did.

Seems like a win-win to me. We agree to shelve plans to proceed with a weapons system that's decades away from working and in the process save hundreds of billions of dollars AND get Russia's cooperation against Iran.

We will also continue to develop and perfect missile defense on our own soil in Alaska, where we have more control, and direct it towards North Korea, who already has nukes.

What's the problem?

The only ones who seem to have a problem with us scrapping the so-called "missile shield" is Israel. That's tough. Until they give us something, i.e. put a freeze on settlements, or come to the table to negotiate a two-state solution, then let 'em squirm a little bit.

You appear to have a grudge against the only democracy and our only true ally in the Middle East.

That's a shame.

I wouldn't call a country in which one third of the population is not allowed to vote a democracy.

That having been said, I really don't care what form of government they have, as long as my taxes don't go to subsidize them.

But I thought the previous administration set up a democracy in Iraq?!?! Wasn't that what our trillion dollar was as all about?

Yet you say that Israel is a "true democracy" in only 61 years. I thought we were the greatest country on earth. That sounds like Israel is.
