So you have a problem with the Fed Gov't limiting highway funds to states that don't enact texting-while-driving bans. Do you also have a problem with similar limitations on drunk driving - especially since recent studies show texting drivers have a higher accident rate?

I'm all for states rights but the problem is I drive a lot (35-40k miles/yr) and I drive in several states. If they all do it, fine. If not, I'd like to see the feds do it.
