The Washington County Playhouse on N Potomac St offers live theater with different plays throughout the year. Apparently, included in the ticket price is a buffet dinner. I guess this is what is known as Dinner Theater.

Has anyone ever been there to see one of their plays? What did you think of the meal?

The reason I ask, is that they will be presenting Jesus Christ, Superstar sometime in March. I love this play, and am considering buying tickets for the WCP production/presentation.

Any input is appreciated!

Yossarian, I used to get season tickets to the WCPH every year. They have the buffet as you mentioned and the food is REALLY good, no cafeteria food there! Quite tasty if you ask me! Their plays are really good too! The ticket is very much worth everything that you get. It's a really great time! I definitley suggest you check it out! It's a really fun time!!!

Thanks McGrupp!
I've never heard anything previously bad or good about the place until now. Thanks for the recommendation!

My daughter takes dance from the owners. We've never gone to the playhouse, but I know they put a lot of time and energy into it.
