from wepm.com:

The state Senate Finance Committee has allocated 500-thousand dollars for a new Division of Motor Vehicles Office in Jefferson County.
A six-thousand square foot office is expected to be open by October, though officials are still searching for a site.
D-M-V Spokeswoman Mary Jane Lopez says the new building will help ease the burden on the Martinsburg office, the second busiest in the state.
The next closest D-M-V office is in Moorefield.
The Jefferson County D-M-V is part of the Senate's 2005 budget. The House is expected to approve the line item.

Well golly gee, sounds good to me!!! Maybe in the next ten years or so we won't have to even leave Jefferson County to get everything we need.

Thank God! Going to the Martinsburg DMV is like going to Disney World in the middle of the summer.
