Just for anybody who cares to hear an update, they're not changing Foxcroft Ave instead their changing Viking Way (where Pizza Hut and Burger King are) to Van Wyk Way, and they might make Van Wyk Way a two way street.

The renaming strikes me as very fitting. Bruce brought a lot of jobs to the Martinsburg area, built a lot of people's homes, and created a vibrant commercial center on the west end of town. I was sad to hear of his passing, and am pleased that his place in local economic history will be memorialized.

He needed to be honored in some way, like you said he did so much for the community.
