Does anyone know where i can get use of a Troy Ounce Set of scales?
Or have someone scale something for me?

Troy weight is often used by jewelers. You might try one of the jewelers in the mall. Kay Jewelers, just outside JC Penney is generally very friendly and helpful.
I don't think the Post Office deals in troy weight.

I'm not sure what Troy Weight was, but it sounded big and I know that some overly obese people have been taken to the post office in the past to get weighed.

Apple Valley scales may have something for you. They are in Winchester though.

Nope, I'm not. There scales go so higher than your bath/doctor's scale since they have to weigh so many letters and the such.
