When I go to the Herald Mail's website to read the headlines, I often click on "Community" to read mail call, as well as birth/wedding/engagement announcements.
Today is the first time that some of these categories have been updated on the website since April 10. How come? The information used to be updated weekly, and now it's very sporadic. Why is it that some categories are constantly updated and others are left to languish?
