I skip meals too. Some of us aren't worried about being healthy, just looking better. Sad, but true.

I haven't had lunch for a week now (trying to shed unwanted pounds).... man I'm hungry.. this eating healthy sucks.
Skipping lunch isn't healthy!
It's much better to simply choose healthy foods instead of cutting out meals.
If you're worried about calories, try something light like a salad, broth-based soup, or wrap-type sandwich.
Ditto...
If you skip meals you lower your metabolism... aka get fat.

Beef and wild rice chunky soup. I was gonna bring tuna steak and rice, but didn't want to stink up the office.
Thai chicken wrap? That sounds good! Homemade or store bought?

I just got taken at lunch.

$4.49 for a regular-sized cheeseburger of questionable meat content, $3.49 for a small bowl of rice soup, $1.59 for a soda. And no kiss afterward. Nope, it wasn't the Sheraton. Not Nick's. Not the Red Horse. The Colonial! No more...

Probably going to have veggie 3-bean chili and a salad with artichoke hearts (yum!) today. I recently discovered a non-dairy brand of creamy italian dressing that doesn't taste like poop, so I've been eating more salads.

When I worked graveyard, I kept to the same meal schedule as normal folk, except for eating lunch-type food in the middle of the night. I'd have a regular dinner when I got up in late afternoon, and if I was hungry, I'd have something breakfast-y before going to sleep in the morning.
