I ended up having a "Healthy Choice" meal from the freezer. Chicken, potatoes and peas/carrots. Not bad, but I'm starving again!

A large portobello mushroom, marinated in worcestershire on a warm soft roll with a thick slice of provolone and a smidge of horseradish sauce. A side of wild rice with sauteed squash and zucchini.
Pffft! I wish. Gravy fries and a coke.

Sandwich sounds good though right?

Threw a dinner party last night. Invited 7 guests. Cooked enough for a crowd. Three people showed up.
